Dr. Samson Ameh OPALUWAH, is a highly regarded expert in the fields of Civil Engineering Construction, Building, Facilities Management, Procurement and Project Management.

He is a widely known Consultant and Speaker on such issues as Procurement, Skill Acquisition, Facility Engineering and Management, Small and Medium Enterprise Schemes (SMES), Industrialization and other Socio-Economic issues. He has served as Director Procurement in the Federal Ministries of Works, Niger Delta Affairs, Health, Transport and Police Affairs. He has also served as the Director Maintenance, National Hospital, (The Presidency) amongst other key positions.

Beyond beign a Construction Engineering, Dr. Opaluwah, is an  expert and an entrepreneur in Small Scale Manufacturing, Distributive Trade, Agribusiness, and the Service Industry in Nigeria. Professionally he is a fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE), Nigerian Institute of Building (FNIOB), Nigerian Institute of Civil Engineers (FNICE) Nigerian Institute of Management and the Charter President, International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Abuja chapter.He is currently the Zonal Coordinator (Zone 3) of the Association for Consulting Engineering in Nigeria (ACEN).  He is also the National Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Nigerian Institute of Facilities Engineering and Management. Dr. Opaluwah works with a diverse team of highly competent managers and professionals.
