As an avid practitioner of Agile/Scrum with focus on user led feature delivery, he is highly effective in using data analytics to measure success and solve problems. He is a servant leader constantly looking to improve products, processes and develop effective teams. Akor has extensive consulting experience in digital solutions; designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research; analysing and presenting complex data; working with Agile/Scrum; digital marketing principles; and delivering high quality work in short sprints. He is an astute lecturer, a public speaker, and a poet.

Akor is experienced in working with public and private organisations, research institutions and non-governmental organisations to deliver diverse kinds of projects. Using his experience in IT, data analysis, research, and participatory development, he has developed a user research practice that delivers high quality outcomes under any circumstance. His multi-disciplinary career includes a PhD in International Development and Public policy, a BEng in computer engineering, a M.A. in brand design and management, and a diploma in Professional Research Practice.
